Spread out over three levels, this dwelling is anchored at the top of its site by a grove of twisted live oaks and steps down the hill away from the street to conceal its full height, making it scale-appropriate for the Rollingwood neighborhood.
The program layout features a garage and service areas beneath the main floor of public living spaces and an owner’s bedroom suite. The third level houses the children’s bedroom suites and a playroom. An expansive deck and screened porch open directly from the kitchen/dining room to a deck-level plunge pool along with a play yard below.

The material palette of the exterior features slurried limestone and a standing seam metal roof, while the interior is grounded by white oak floors and custom millwork.
