One of Matthew Perry’s Los Angeles homes has hit the market for $5.2 million.

The late Friends star, who died at 54 in October 2023, reportedly purchased the Hollywood Hills home in an off-market deal months before his death, according to Robb Report. Property records indicate that the home was sold for $5 million in May 2023.

Built in 1957, the 2,800-square-foot property features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a central patio with a pool.

Greg Holcomb and Tim Durkovic of Douglas Elliman, who both declined to comment, currently hold the listing

Per Robb Report, Perry had an additional residence in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles that he purchased for $6 million in 2020. This is reportedly the same property where he died from acute effects of ketamine, as stated in an autopsy report obtained by PEOPLE in December 2023.

Following his death, a source told PEOPLE that the actor had just moved into his house after renovations and “was incredibly happy,” adding that Perry referred to his new home as “heaven.”
